These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "Member") of the kheli platform's ("Platform") services. By using the kheli website or mobile application, the user is considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you do not wish to read these Terms or do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the Platform.

kheli is an online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services.

• Platform: The kheli website and Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Member: A person who holds a registered and active account.
• Wallet: The amount of money held in a member's platform account.
• Bonus Balance: Funds received from promotional offers that cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering Requirement: The specific amount that must be wagered before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Net Loss: Total losses minus total winnings over a given period.

To become a member of kheli, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information in the registration form. kheli reserves the right to cancel any account where false or incomplete information has been provided. The following details must be entered correctly at the time of registration:

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID or passport)
• Date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Email address

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be cancelled and any bonuses held in those accounts will be forfeited.

kheli may at any time request documents to verify a member's identity, age, or address. This process is necessary to prevent fraud and ensure the security of the platform. Verification typically requires one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Photo of the main page of a passport
• Driving licence

If the required documents are not submitted within a reasonable time after being requested, the account may be temporarily suspended.

If any inconsistency is found in age-related information, kheli reserves the right to immediately close the account in question and withhold any funds held in it. We follow a responsible gaming policy and treat the protection of minors as our highest priority.

kheli's services are intended for users in Bangladesh. Any account operated using a restricted region or a false identity will be closed immediately.

Each member is personally responsible for the security of their own username and password. Sharing or giving login details to anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the kheli support team immediately.

The member is responsible for all transactions and bets made from their own account. kheli will not be held liable for any third-party access to an account if the member has not taken proper precautions.

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit funds on kheli. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. For each deposit, the member must use their own registered payment account — deposits from third-party numbers are not accepted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal to be approved:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least once.
• If an active bonus is in place, the related wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

Withdrawals can be made through four methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

If any unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, kheli may temporarily hold a withdrawal request and carry out additional verification. This is done to prevent fraud and money laundering and is necessary for the protection of all members.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, bets worth ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

kheli's other regular offers include a weekly reload bonus, cricket festival bonus, Monday slots bonus, birthday reward, and referral bonus. Each offer has its own eligibility conditions and wagering requirements.

It is mandatory to read the terms and conditions of the relevant offer before claiming any bonus. If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be forfeited.

The kheli VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is paid each week at a set rate based on net losses. The cashback rate ranges from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze to a maximum of 1.0% at Platinum. Example: at the Gold tier, a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would earn ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless kheli provides a cancellation option in specific circumstances. If a game is left incomplete due to disconnection, a technical fault, or any other reason, kheli's most recent records will be considered final.

For bets placed on cricket, football, and other sports events, official results will be considered final. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, kheli will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules. If one selection in a multi-bet is voided, the bet may be settled on the remaining selections.

If clearly incorrect odds or payouts are published due to human error or a system issue, kheli reserves the right to void those bets. In such cases, the original stake placed will be returned to the member's wallet.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and the relevant balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets or bonus hunting/arbing with the intention of abusing bonuses.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or game outcomes.
• Being involved in match fixing or determining the outcome of a game by any other illegal means.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or using a minor's information.

If any provision of these Terms is violated, kheli may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. kheli reserves the right to hold the balance while an investigation is in progress.

Any member may close their account voluntarily. To do so, a request must be submitted via kheli's 24/7 live chat or email. If a member wishes to temporarily exclude themselves under the responsible gaming programme (Self-Exclusion), the support team will assist immediately.

kheli will not be held directly liable for service unavailability due to technical issues, server maintenance, disruption to third-party services, or any other unavoidable cause. However, in such situations, every effort will be made to fully refund any confirmed bets placed by the member.

kheli reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as the member's agreement to the new terms.
